PER NULLA CORRETTO PER NULLA ETICO I REQUESTED AN INTERVENTION FOR SMOKE ANALYSIS AND BOILER CLEANING (COMPLETE .... ALL INCLUSIVE) THE REQUIRED WAS NOT DONE EVEN IF THE TECHNICIANS INSURED ME THE OTHERWISE, SO AFTER TWO MONTHS OF USE I HAD TO CALL THE TECHNICIANS WHO CHARGED ME ANOTHER € 100. FOR NOTHING CORRECT FOR NOTHING ETHICAL

N	Nicola Cordioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare ,la caldaia va in blocco , chiamo l'assistenza,pago 200 euro per l,l'intervento,""pulizia dello scambiatore, dopo 1 settimana la caldaia va in blocco nuovamente, richiamo, escono e puliscono lo scambiatore, mi richiedono 200 euro,dicendomi che bisogna sostituire il gruppo che costerà 1500 euro ,pago 400 euro x farmi dire che devo spendere 1500 euro,,,dopo una insistente trattativa pago,100 euro.Dopo una settimana la caldaia va in blocco,,chiamo un altro tecnico, mi cambia un sensore 150 euro ,la caldaia non ha più avuto problemi,,il tecnico mi dice ,anche ,che secondo lui questa caldaia può andare ancora 5 anni senza grossi problemi,,Rassicurante. Dopo 15 giorni richiamo la ditta immergas ,la prima che è uscita,per chiedere ,visto l,accaduto se mi facevano la pulizia annuale ,in quel prezzo già pagato x venirmi in contro visto 2 interventi pagati per niente,il titolare era assente,la farò richiamare,.Richiamo settimana successiva,,il titolare è fuori sede la farò contattare,,non mi ha mai contattato nessuno.Ringrazio. After 15 days I call back the immergas company, the first one that came out, to ask, given what happened there if they did the annual cleaning, at that price already paid to come back to me, seeing 2 interventions paid for nothing, the owner was absent, the I'll call you back,. I'll call you back next week ,, the owner is out of office, I'll have you contacted ,, no one has ever contacted me. Thank you.
e	eleonora baratella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 giorni fa (16/01/22) ci si è rotta la caldaia Immergas a casa..abbiamo chiamato ieri (17/01/22) per averne una nuova e la "gentile" impiegata ci ha detto che prima di 30 giorni non sarebbero intervenuti perchè non abbiamo fatto le manutenzioni annuali da loro. Direi che a Gennaio nessuno si può permettere di rimanere un mese senza caldaia. Allucinante! 3 days ago (16/01/22) the Immergas boiler broke at home .. we called yesterday (17/01/22) to get a new one and the "kind" employee told us that before 30 days they would have intervened because we did not do the annual maintenance from them. I would say that in January no one can afford to stay a month without a boiler. Hallucinating!
M	Maz 83 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho chiamato il 20 dicembre per prenotare una pulizia caldaia e controllo fumi, per il giorno 4 gennaio, al telefono il preventivo è stato di 130€ ma una volta sul posto il totale è stato di 150€ il tecnico sostiene che dal 1 gennaio sono aumentate le tariffe! questo dimostra la poca serietà della ditta, ovviamente da me non venite più questo è sicuro, senza nemmeno un avviso e il mio numero lo avevano in quanto mi hanno contattato loro\| I called on December 20 to book a boiler cleaning and smoke control, for January 4, on the phone the quote was € 130 but once on site the total was € 150 the technician claims that from January 1 they have increased rates! this shows the lack of seriousness of the company, obviously you don't come to me anymore that's for sure, without even a notice and they had my number as they contacted me \|
