Ho portato a sistemare parecchi PC Windows , iMac di un mio amico che non gli funzionava più nulla lo hanno rifatto nuovissimo. Avviso via email quando il prodotto è pronto e sistemato senza dover passare a vuoto. Insomma c'è di tutto dall'assistenza all'acquisto di qualsiasi cosa informatica e anche ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Il servizio di assistenza è celere, sono molto scrupolosi ed estremamente competenti. Si viene informati via e-mail e via whatsapp riguardo gli interventi e la fine delle riparazioni.

Anche richiamando mi dice sempre le stesse cose continuando a prendermi in giro, la telefonata non arriverà mai. Non so se il dirigente lo sappia, ma sono veramente deluso dal comportamento che ho subito. Perciò lascio 1 stella
