Ho appreso le informazioni corrette contattando subito il 155. Ho indicato io all'addetto alla vendita del punto Wind la situazione reale, pregandolo di informarsi sempre bene per evitare di fornire ai clienti notizie false, con danno di immagine della Società.
They gave me, insisting with presumption, totally wrong directions and then still advised me to call 155. I learned the correct information by contacting the 155 immediately. I indicated to the Wind point sales person the real situation, asking him to inquire always good to avoid providing customers with false news, damaging the image of the Company.
