★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto carino, con una barca ti portano sull'isola adiacente non siamo andati quindi non so se ne vale la pena, volendo si possono portare anche le bici ma sull'isola si può girare solo a piedi.
 Nice place, with a boat they take you to the adjacent island we didn't go so I don't know if it's worth it, if you want you can also bring your bikes but on the island you can only walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bars, no cafés, no restaurants, just a little corner of nature. There are three benches and a drinking fountain. You cannot swim in the lake. I'd recommend a visit to Gavirate indeed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fascinating islet in Varese Lake, it hosts a museum of the paleolithic civilization which flourished here, and a nice restaurant on the lakefront.
It is not easy to come down from Strada Provinciale to where the ferry docks: road signals are poor, so beware; it's just south of Biandronno.
Also, make sure you double-check the ferryboat timetable with the operator: it may vary
