D	Debora Di carro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo già sentito parlare benissimo di questo negozio, ma inizio Gennaio spinta dalla curiosità di visitare il punto vendita di Ognina entro per dare un occhiata e mi ritrovo ad acquistare lampadario a sospensione e abat-jour. ottima accoglienza, professionalità, esposizione stupenda, tantissimi articoli, ma non si ha la sensazione di confusione... la signora Angela mi ha consigliato delle abat-jour da un catalogo promettendomi che di presenza mi avrebbero lasciata senza parole... e così è stato... ieri sono andata a ritirare il tutto e sono soddisfatta del mio acquisto... Entrati in negozio non si sono degnati di fare nessuna forma, neanche primordiale, di saluto. Quando dopo un po' qualcuno ha avuto la volontà di chiederci di cosa avessimo bisogno, il breve dialogo si è svolto con toni chiaramente infastiditi da parte del nostro interlocutore. Una situazione molto simile mi era già capitata in passato in questo negozio, adesso avevo deciso di ritornare perché convinto di dover dare una seconda possibilità, ma purtroppo mi sono sbagliato. Qualità dei prodotti e livello della loro capacità di consulenza rimarranno, aimè, a me per sempre sconosciuti. Se cercate un posto dove trovare cortesia e gentilezza nei modi di trattare un cliente, cambiate totalmente orizzonti. Ovviamente anche quando siamo andati via, una qualsivoglia forma di saluto da parte loro, è rimasta solo un miraggio. Pessima esperienza. Ma comunque passiamo al resto: é quasi un anno che mi prendono in giro per un lampadario acquistato da loro e che inspiegabilmente abbiamo ritrovato frantumato dopo pochi anni senza toccarlo minimamente (453,00 €€ di lampadario). Ma il problema non è questo, non sono loro che hanno prodotto il lampadario….ci mancherebbe; il problema è che non solo erano infastiditi come se il problema non li riguardasse, ma per giunta è passato quasi un anno e non abbiamo notizie di questo fantomatico ordine che dicono di aver fatto. Chiamiamo, si fanno lasciare il numero, fanno gli gnorri e ci prendono in giro. Bella serietà. E pensare che abbiamo comprato TUTTI lampadari da loro, compresi i miei suoceri. Complimenti vivissimi.
