g	gisella fresia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrei scrivere che "Il Vicinato" è molto accogliente, pulito, silenzioso, comodo per visitare questa magica città, una colazione ottima preparata e servita personalmente dalla titolare (come non ricordare le sue torte, le sue marmellate super deliziose!!! ) la signora Teresa, sempre gentilissima e disponibile a offrire consigli....... però preferisco dire che la nostra breve permanenza dalla signora Teresa è stata splendida!!!! I could write that "Il Vicinato" is very welcoming, clean, quiet, convenient for visiting this magical city, an excellent breakfast prepared and served personally by the owner (like not remembering her cakes, her super delicious jams !!!) the lady Teresa, always kind and willing to offer advice ....... but I prefer to say that our short stay by Ms. Teresa was wonderful !!!!

Ci siamo stati in Settembre, pensiamo di ritornarci. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. La prima, un B&B gestito con garbo dalla signora Teresa che ci ha tenuti per mano nel nostro perderci tra Barisano, Caveoso e tutto il resto ... e ci ha dato consigli e ottime colazioni. La seconda, la neve che il 30 dicembre 2014 ci ha deliziati offrendoci uno scenario, sul serio, indimenticabile. Tutto il resto è ordinaria amministrazione, camere pulite e arredate con gusto, camino acceso nella sala della colazione, finestre alle camere che guardano i Sassi. O forse tanto ordinaria non è. Complimenti davvero. I, C, T & G. Four mature friends and an enchanting Matera [the Sassi]. We expected it to be magical and so it was. Two real surprises. The first, a B&B managed with grace by Mrs. Teresa who held us by the hand in our getting lost in Barisano, Caveoso and all the rest ... and gave us advice and excellent breakfasts. The second, the snow that delighted us on 30 December 2014, offering us a truly unforgettable scenario. All the rest is routine, clean and tastefully furnished rooms, fireplace in the breakfast room, windows to the rooms overlooking the Sassi. Or maybe it isn't so ordinary. Sincere congratulations. I proprietari son o gentili e disponibili. La colazione è ottima e servirà con eleganza. A disposizione degli ospiti anche dei dolci casalinghi. With my family they slept in the mini apartment I have found it very nice and clean. The location is great for visiting Matera. The owners are kind and helpful. The breakfast is great and will serve you with elegance. Homemade sweets are also available to guests.

La mattina Teresa, la proprietaria, ci accoglieva nella stanza per la colazione, con dolci deliziosi che preparava lei. Ho ancora in mente quelle confetture (fatte in casa) sulle crostate...spettacolari! La posizione è a dir poco perfetta, nel cuore del sasso caveoso. Spero di ritornarci presto! We stayed in this b & b myself and my girlfriend in April 2017. Everything absolutely perfect ... very spacious room, comfortable bed. In the morning Teresa, the owner, greeted us in the breakfast room, with delicious cakes that she prepared. I still have those jams (homemade) on my tarts ... spectacular! The location is nothing short of perfect, in the heart of the pebbly stone. I hope to return there soon!

La cordIalita e la disponibilità della signora Teresa, la proprietaria, hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La struttura è bella, curata. Le camere pulite. L'ubicazione é perfetta, con pochi minuti di cammino si può raggiungere ogni parte della citta Great central B&B, nice and clean. The rooms are well arranged and equipped with every accessory. The cordiality and the availability of Mrs. Teresa, the owner, have contributed to make the stay even more pleasant. The structure is beautiful, well-kept. Clean rooms. The location is perfect, with just a few minutes walk you can reach every part of the city

Anche se è un appartamento è anche compresa una semplice ma buona colazione. La proprietaria Teresa è stata discreta e disponibile al tempo stesso, una vera materana che conosce bene la città. E poi abita accanto agli appartamenti ed è subito disponibile per ogni evenienza. Strategic position. Clean, simple and well furnished apartment with new furniture. Comfortable bed. Even if it is an apartment, a simple but good breakfast is also included. The owner Teresa was discreet and helpful at the same time, a real Matera girl who knows the city well. And then he lives next to the apartments and is immediately available for any eventuality.
