I was there this evening with friends for the first time. We ate well. Excellent pizza with 96 hours of leavening ... very light and tasty. The service is friendly and the family-style restaurant is welcoming.

Ebbene sì Il Rosso Piccante ha uno staff composto al 90% da donne a partire dalla Maestra pizzaiola e dalla sua collaboratrice che fanno delle eccezionalei pizze in pala con impasto lievitato almeno 48 ore, una pizza leggerissima e gustosa
Locale in pieno centro storico a Francavilla, tipicamente "antico" ben curato e accogliente.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
