La carne non troppo grassa e morbidissima. Abbiamo speso una cifra normale. Rustic and not huge place. Full of delicious appetizers including mozzarella and chicory. The meat is also excellent. The cuts cooked to perfection. The meat is not too fatty and very soft. We spent a normal amount.

Anche il tortino all'arancia era ottimo come pure la bionda trappista in bottiglia. Purtroppo non ho assaggiato la carne ma aveva un aspetto spettacolare. A proposito, di fronte al forno a legna dove viene cotta sono in mostra i vari tagli proposti. Molto bello! Il locale è bello ed il personale assai simpatico e cortese. Assolutamente consigliato. Excellent restaurant, in a very pretty square, ample parking nearby. Very tasty and tasty food, I tried the tonnarelli cheese and pepper and they were delicious. The orange pie was also excellent as was the blonde Trappist in the bottle. Unfortunately I didn't taste the meat but it looked spectacular. By the way, in front of the wood oven where it is cooked, the various cuts proposed are on display. Very beautiful! The restaurant is nice and the staff very nice and courteous. Absolutely recommended.

"Na piotta e passa", in due persone per mangiare a Pomezia sperduti nel nulla cose che normalmente si trovano ovunque? Prezzo davvero esagerato per una cena che si paga tranquillamente 30 al massimo 35. Si ok la carne il peso il costo all'etto, eh ma hai preso questo eh ma hai preso quello... ma se dobbiamo fare questo discorso ripeto, me ne vado in un posto rinomato a Roma centro o almeno panoramico allo stesso prezzo. Prima di altri commenti a giustificazione, sottolineo le parole chiave: "Pomezia, Colli di Enea" Ripeto personale carinissimo nulla da dire... ma prezzi troppo alti per quello che si ha in cambio. Li ho provati tutti, e chi più chi meno hanno tutti qualche problema nel servizio, nel rapporto qualità prezzo o peggio ancora nella qualità della carne in sé, ma il Rifugio è eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Personale cordiale in un locale che trasmette familiarità. La carne top, con una vastissima scelta e cucinata sempre a dovere. Mai cotta male, mai callosa o stopposa, sempre e solo il meglio. Ma oltre la carne c'è anche da provare assolutamente I loro primi: le classica carbonara è forse la migliore che ho provato fino ad oggi. In più hanno un piatto della casa, "i tonnarelli PaSa", che sono letteralmente da leccarsi i Baffi. Il prezzo è giusto per ciò che mangi. Ripeto sono stato anche in posti in cui fanno pagare fiorentine a 20 euro per poi doverne buttare la Metà nel bidone, qui si paga la qualità e si paga a peso, ciò che paghi mangi ed ogni volta è una esperienza unica. Se siete amanti della Carne e volete anche dovete assolutamente provare questo posto, sicuramente non ve ne pentirete. Il Rifugio di PaSa is without question the best restaurant based on Carne di Pomezia. Ci sono molti piatti in cui la carne viene tagliata sul momento in una macelleria interna al ristorante. Ampia scelta di vini. Very nice place. Simple and elegant at the same time.
