Not bad. The structure is somewhat dilapidated. However, I was sorry not to be able to give 5 stars because for Easter day the 2 starters were too similar so we assumed that they used the same sauce for the 2 toppings. And as according to the lamb too hard. But on the whole it is eaten well especially the appetizers.

Excellent pizzeria, with a wide variety of choices. Very nice and helpful staff. Well-kept welcoming place. Definitely to go back.

Describing a meal seems easy but it isn't; in the case of the Il Ragno restaurant you could spend hours writing without being able to explain what really is the wonderful journey into the skilful cuisine that you will find in the hills of Giacalone a few kilometers from Palermo. The welcome of the very kind owner is already an invitation to prepare yourself for the best of the best that you can find in the province. Ladies and gentlemen, to face the festive caravan of the dishes that will be offered here, it will take days to prepare, this is not just any Sunday lunch. Mind you there are only 2 alternatives: practice a healthy fast in the days before or get used to meals capable of expanding your belly by several centimeters of healthy flab. Yes, the number of courses provided by the fixed menu, however offered at a ridiculous price, is not the only challenge to be faced because the real stumbling block is the impeccable quality of the food offered. Food that won't be easy for you to leave on your plate without regretting not following my advice. I will not be describing the courses because I would surely fall into the banal; it is a rare cuisine, wise and ancient simply to try but I tell you that what will help you to complete the meal in its entirety will be, between one course and another, to repeat a stroll on the beautiful terrace of the pizzeria with a breathtaking panoramic view of the basin gold. Here is what I wanted to groped to write I know that I have not been able to write it, yes I am not capable of it. I just have to suggest that you take bowls and containers with you without hesitation in order to bring home what you would probably regret leaving on the table. Sacrificing yourself, it is worth it sometimes ... Thanks Spider, very good.

Nice place, helpful and courteous staff. Good and quick appetizers. Transparency in impeccable communication: with professionalism we had been told that the pizzas would take a while (we expected it since the tables were all full) and despite this to make up for the wait they brought us other additional appetizers. As if that weren't enough, the first pizzas they sent were those of the children as a priority. For me these are services that are worth 10 and praise that make the difference. Not to mention the outstanding pizza we had the pleasure of enjoying. Fair prices for food quality and service. It was my first time eating here and they brought me relatives who are already loyal customers. We will definitely meet again and bring other customers.

What can I say, we have known this place for about 25 years ... our children grew up eating their Super Pizza. Welcoming environment, ALWAYS welcoming owner, nice staff ... but what makes the difference is the food, always genuine. Going to Giacalone and not going there? Our history is our tradition. Thanks
