Purtroppo però bisogna ammettere che il servizio da asporto non funziona nella maniera più assoluta. I tempi di attesa sono lunghissimi e le consegne sempre follemente in ritardo. In media si aspetta circa 1 ora rispetto ai tempi che ti vengono indicati al momento della prenotazione. Insomma se volete fare cena per le 20 chiedete la consegna per le 19 e forse riuscirete a cenare nei tempi previsti. Per cui dovessi giudicare solo la bontà delle pizze metterei 5 stelle ma per il servizio dovrei mettere zero stelle. Fortemente migliorabile...
I state that we have been customers for years and we will continue to be because the pizzas are truly fabulous. Unfortunately, however, it must be admitted that the takeaway service does not work in the most absolute way. Waiting times are very long and deliveries are always madly late. On average it waits about 1 hour compared to the times that are indicated to you at the time of booking. In short, if you want to have dinner for 20, ask for delivery for 19 and maybe you will be able to have dinner on schedule. So I had to judge only the goodness of the pizzas I would put 5 stars but for the service I would have to put zero stars. Strongly improved ...
