Gia dalla prenotazione ho potuto percepire quanta attenzione hanno per soddisfare ľesigenze del cliente. Dico questo perché a causa della mancanza di posti al Pergolino mi era stato riservato un tavolo alla Pergola(è un ristorante adiacente al Pergolino ma lavorano con la stessa cucina) ma dietro mia esplicita richiesta di avere un posto al Pergolino sono stati così gentili da accontentarmi,ringrazio per la disponibilità Roberto, ottimo e simpatico cameriere e la signora che gestisce le prenotazioni. Il pranzo,abbiamo preso un insalata di polpo,polpette di polpo e delle crocchette di patate. Tutto molto buono gli ingredienti di qualità. Il primo comprendeva orecchiette al sugo e la Corsara il piatto forte della casa. Una bontà. Il secondo comprendeva frittura di calamari e seppia grigliata e per finire un fresco sorbetto al limone. Tutto ottimo ben cucinato e servito con professionalità e simpatia che non guasta mai. Prezzo giusto per quanto abbiamo mangiato. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ringrazio la signora delle prenotazioni, il cameriere Alessandro che ci ha serviti con attenzione e cura e il simpaticissimo Roberto che ci ha accolti come se fossimo di casa. Complimenti. Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at Pergolino after booking the previous day. Already from the booking I have been able to perceive how much attention they have to satisfy the customer's needs. I say this because because of the lack of places at Pergolino I had been reserved a table at Pergola (it is a restaurant adjacent to Pergolino but they work with the same kitchen) but upon my explicit request to have a place at Pergolino they were kind enough to satisfy me , thanks for the availability Roberto, excellent and nice waiter and the lady who manages the reservations. For lunch, we had an octopus salad, octopus balls and potato croquettes. All very good quality ingredients. The first included orecchiette with sauce and Corsara the main dish of the house. A goodness. The second included frying squid and grilled cuttlefish and finally a fresh lemon sorbet. All excellent well cooked and served with professionalism and friendliness that never hurts. Fair price for how much we ate. I highly recommend it. I thank the lady of the reservations, the waiter Alessandro who served us with attention and care and the very nice Roberto who welcomed us as if we were at home. Congratulations.

We found a good quality and really kind service. The mussels are amazing. Try the ‘tiramisu’ dessert and also the Salento wine! A really good memory of Apulia!
