★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo esercizio si usano prodotti semplici e naturali di alta qualità, specialità sono i ''parmatieddi'' una pasta tipica del posto che si cucina il giorno della Domenica delle Palme, poi ci sono i fusilli fatti a mano e le orecchiette che sono un po più grandi e si chiamano a teggiano Orecchie di preuti(preti)!!! Tutto molto squisito!!! Pasta sempre freschissima!!
In this exercise simple and natural products of high quality are used, specialties are the '' parmatieddi '' a typical pasta of the place that is cooked on Palm Sunday, then there are handmade fusilli and orecchiette which are a slightly larger and called a teggiano Orecchie di preuti (priests) !!! All very delicious !!! Always fresh pasta !!

Soddisfatto dalla quantità e dai diversi tipindi pasta che posso acquistare. Consiglio di prenotarla però per grandi quantità. Ottimi i ravioli con la ricotta di bufala e i medaglioni con ricotta e speck. Locale pulitissimo e sempre ordinato. Parcheggio ampio. Si trovano alla rotonda in località scorzo (direzione San Rufo).
The best pasta factory in the area! Excellent and fresh pasta, really excellent! Exceptional owners, always courteous and helpful. Satisfied with the quantity and different types of pasta I can buy. I recommend booking it however for large quantities. Excellent ravioli with buffalo ricotta and medallions with ricotta and speck. Spotless and always tidy place. Ample parking. They are located at the roundabout in the locality of scorzo (towards San Rufo).
