★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima gastronomia, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. I timballetti sono qualcosa di eccezionale per non parlare delle cassatelle aperte, un tripudio di odori e sapori. Tappa d'obbligo quando si va a Trapani!
 Excellent gastronomy, you are spoiled for choice. The timballetti are something exceptional not to mention the open cassatelle, a riot of smells and flavors. A must when you go to Trapani!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che dare 5 stelle, le migliori cassatelle (dolce tipico siciliano) mai mangiate, sia variante antica, la cassatella aperta che quella tradizionale, un sapore che difficilmente si dimentica, follemente innamorata.
I can only give 5 stars, the best cassatelle (typical Sicilian dessert) ever eaten, both the ancient variant, the open cassatella and the traditional one, a flavor that is hardly forgotten, madly in love.
