Ricevo alcuni articoli sbagliati, un galleggiante ”scorrevole” senza supporto fine asta, due scatoli di piombini (non sigillati) arrivati aperti e con parte del contenuto perso. Alla mia segnalazione rispondono di rispedire quello che non va, dicendo anche che... “i galleggianti non sono forniti del supporto a fine asta ma sono utilizzati con un fermo (gommino sul filo) o con i supporti stonfo a parte” ..?!?!?
Tutto diverso da quanto riportato sul catalogo LineaEffe e non c’è scritto da nessuna parte sul sito... e sullo stesso non ci sono neanche detti supporti!
E che significa fermo/gommino? Compro uno scorrevole per utilizzarlo da fisso?
Rispedisco i prodotti da sostituire, avendo cura di sigillare con un po' di adesivo le confezioni di piombini, per evitare di perdere anche quelli rimasti.
Dopo un paio di giorni ricevo anche una telefonata, dove mi assicurano della sostituzione.
Ricevo il pacchetto con le "sostituzioni" e... ritrovo le stesse due scatole di piombini, ancora con il mio nastro adesivo, e nelle stesse condizioni con cui le avevo restituite!!
Atteggiamento vergognoso e miserabile... però i soldi li hanno presi, tutti!
Meglio comprare in Cina; cosa che loro già fanno, rimarcando con cartellini "Imported by...
Online purchase from 60 €. I receive some wrong items, a "sliding" float without rod end support, two boxes of sinkers (not sealed) arrived open and with some of the contents lost. To my report they reply to send back what is wrong, also saying that ... "the floats are not provided with support at the end of the rod but are used with a stop (rubber pad on the wire) or with the stonfo supports apart" ..? !?!?
All different from what is reported in the LineaEffe catalog and it is not written anywhere on the site ... and there are not even said supports on the same!
And what does it mean? Do I buy a sliding door to use it as a fixed one?
I send back the products to be replaced, taking care to seal the packages of seals with a little adhesive, to avoid losing even the remaining ones.
After a couple of days I also get a phone call, where they assure me of the replacement.
I receive the package with the "replacements" and ... I find the same two boxes of sinkers, still with my adhesive tape, and in the same condition with which I had returned them !!
Shameful and miserable attitude ... but they took the money, everyone!
Better to buy in China; which they already do, remarking with tags "Imported by ...
