Il proprietario dell'officina è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ha immediatamente esaminato la questione. Abbiamo comunicato in inglese e con la lingua dei segni? Ha riparato la nostra macchina in pochissimo tempo, quindi abbiamo potuto usare di nuovo la nostra macchina. Abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima offerta e siamo molto soddisfatti del lavoro svolto. L’entità del danno non ci ha permesso di continuare la vacanza in auto, ma anche se appena conosciuti, eravamo sicuri di averla lasciarla in ottime mani data l’accoglienza e l’appoggio riservato. Qualche settimana dopo sono andato a ritirare l’auto e il risultato non ha deluso le aspettative! Onestà, trasparenza, professionalità e competenza, sono questi gli aggettivi che userei per descrivere questa officina! I can say that in this unpleasant situation we really had the good fortune to stop just a few meters from this workshop, where the owners immediately made themselves available trying to solve the problem. The extent of the damage did not allow us to continue the holiday by car, but even if we just met, we were sure to have left it in good hands given the welcome and support reserved. A few weeks later I went to collect the car and the result did not disappoint! Honesty, transparency, professionalism and competence, these are the adjectives I would use to describe this workshop!
