★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietario gentilissimo. Buono il pollo, ma imperdibili le cipolle in agrodolce come contorno e geniale la focaccina posta sul fondo della busta di plastica per non far venire a contatto il cibo caldo con la plastica. Oltre a essere una trovata furba, la focaccina è buonissima!
Very kind owner. Good chicken, but do not miss the sweet and sour onions as a side dish and ingenious muffin placed on the plastic bag down so as not to come into contact with the hot food plastic. Besides being a cunning find, the muffin is very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutte le volte che mi capita di essere a Martina Franca (normalmente per vacanza) non manco mai di marcare visita.
Personalmente vado soprattutto per i panzerotti (che sono, in tutta onestà, squisiti), ma anche il pollo allo spiedo ha il suo perchè: ben cotto e insaporito alla perfezione.
Molto pulito e tirato a lucido il locale, con grandissima attenzione agli aspetti igienico/sanitari.
Da provare anche i panini e la piccola gastronomia: varietà e bella presentazione.
Insomma, in una parola, andateci.
Whenever I happen to be in Martina Franca (usually for vacation) I never fail to mark a visit.
Personally I go above all for the panzerotti (which are, in all honesty, delicious), but also the chicken on the spit has its own why: well cooked and flavored to perfection.
The room is very clean and polished, with great attention to hygiene / sanitary aspects.
Also try the sandwiches and small deli: variety and beautiful presentation.
In short, in a word, go there.
