★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un esperienza negativa con altra cooperativa per assistenza domiciliare a mia madre ho provato con Il Palazzone e ci siamo trovati bene.
Simone è sempre stato gentile e disponibile nelle nostre richieste, è ovvio che l'assistenza domiciliare è una situazione molto particolare, entrano in gioco diversi fattori, il carattere della persona accudita, il carattere della badante, le patologie, la casa, le abitudini che vengono comunque modificate. Potrei continuare ad elencare pregi e difetti dell'assistenza domiciliare ma ritengo opportuno che almeno il responsabili, nel mio caso Simone, debbano avere professionalità e discrezione per trovare il giuso punto d'incontro. Nel mio caso questo c'è stato, poi ovviamente ogni caso è una storia a se.
PS abbiamo dovuto lasciare la cooperativa, proprio quando ci era capitata una ragazza giovane e in gamba, perchè mia madre per motivi di aggravamento salute l'ho dovuta portare vicino a me a Rimini, dove risiedo.

After a negative experience with another cooperative for home assistance to my mother I tried Il Palazzone and we were fine.
Simone has always been kind and helpful in our requests, it is obvious that home care is a very particular situation, various factors come into play, the character of the person being cared for, the character of the caregiver, the pathologies, the house, the habits that however they are changed. I could continue to list the strengths and weaknesses of home care but I think it appropriate that at least the managers, in my case Simone, must have professionalism and discretion to find the right meeting point. In my case this happened, then obviously each case is a story in itself.
PS we had to leave the cooperative, just when we had a young and smart girl, because my mother for reasons of deteriorating health I had to bring her close to me in Rimini, where I live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mese di febbraio 2021 mi sono rivolto a questa Cooperativa perchè avevo bisogno di aiuto per assistere mio padre malato di Alzheimer. i titolari si sono subito dimostrati molto preparati e ben inseriti nello specifico e difficile settore lavorativo, con un'esperienza maturata anche grazie anche a numerosi anni trascorsi come assistenti all'interno dell'Ospedale. Oltre all'aspetto professionale, degno di lode è anche il non trascurabile aspetto umano che ha fatto si che siano sempre stati disponibili per risolvere ogni tipo di problema. Nondimeno, la Signora Francesca Sciarra, incaricata dalla Cooperativa ad assistere mio padre, si è sempre dimostrata una scelta felice, risultando professionale, coscienziosa ed amorevole verso una persona in grande difficoltà che a Lei si è affidato completamente. Ringrazio di vero cuore Simone, Mirko e Andreea
In February 2021 I turned to this Cooperative because I needed help to assist my father with Alzheimer's. the owners immediately proved to be very prepared and well integrated in the specific and difficult working sector, with an experience gained also thanks to many years spent as assistants in the hospital. In addition to the professional aspect, worthy of praise is also the not negligible human aspect that has meant that they have always been available to solve any type of problem. Nonetheless, Mrs. Francesca Sciarra, appointed by the Cooperative to assist my father, has always proved to be a happy choice, being professional, conscientious and loving towards a person in great difficulty who has entrusted himself completely to her.
