Mi è stato rifiutato perché hanno detto che non conoscevano me e il cane. E che non ero registrato .. Perché non hanno spiegato immediatamente di spiegarmi l iter di tutte le azioni che bisogna mettere in atto .. La domanda sulla registrazione è stata rifiutata senza motivo. Una donna molto nervosa e pocco professionale..
We visited this vet once. He didn't explain anything to us. A couple of days later, I asked for a prescription on the phone .. I was turned down because they said they didn't know me and the dog. And that I was not registered .. Because they did not immediately explain to explain to me the process of all the actions that must be implemented .. The application on registration was refused without reason. A very nervous and very professional woman.
