Dopo aver pagato 18 euro non si curano minimamente di risolvere ma riferiscono al porta pizza di ridarmi un euro che schifo. La sconsiglio vivamente. The worst pizzeria in Catania. L'attesa è stata infinita oltre 1 ora e mezza di ritardo, nonostante avessimo ordinato alle 19, ad ogni telefonata dicevano "5 minuti e arrivano", "il ragazzo è appena uscito" ecc... Quando hanno finalmente consegnato le pizze ci hanno omaggiato 2 lattine di fanta scusandosi per l'attesa. Ho notato che la qualità lascia a desiderare. Sia nell'impasto che negli ingredienti. Nello specifico qualche giorno fa, ho ricevuto una pizza impresentabile!!! Avevo ordinato una semplicissima margherita più cotto, ma quando apro, mi ritrovo una margherita con delle fette ENORMI di prosciutto cotto, disposto a casaccio e CRUDO!!! A dir poco vomitevole... Mi spiace soltanto di non aver fatto una foto. Ho provato a togliere il cotto, ma era immangiabile, perché l'impasto aveva preso tutto il sapore dell'affettato crudo. Ho dovuto cenare con la pizza lasciata dalla bambina. Un errore imperdonabile!!! Sarebbe bastato semplicemente, far notare di aver dimenticato il prosciutto. Quantomeno avrei mangiato una margherita, ma fatta bene! Oltretutto ci sono sempre delle attese infinite. Non rispettano mai l'orario dato. I have been a customer of this pizzeria for several months. Ordine confermato ore 20, consegna stimata in max 50 min; neanche 20 min dopo vengo contattato dalla pizzeria per essere informato sul fatto che vista la grande quantità di richieste il mio ordine avrebbe ritardato e sarebbe arrivato entro le 21:30. Ore 21:40 chiamo il locale affamato e infastidito dalla mancata puntualità dimostrata per chiedere maggiori informazioni, mi viene risposto che il mio ordine non è neanche stato preparato e che quindi avrebbero ulteriormente ritardato; a queste dichiarazioni richiedo, indignato, immediatamente il l'annullamento ed il rimborso. è inaccettabile un tale menefreghismo nei confronti di un cliente che ha avuto l'accortezza di accettare le opzioni proposte dal locale e che quest'ultimo non è stato neanche in grado di rispettare, fornendomi quindi un ottimo DISSERVIZIO senza nemmeno chiedere scusa. Detto ciò ve lo sconsiglio vivamente nel caso vogliate ordinare a domicilio presso questo locale, visto come ci si ritrova fidandosi e scendendo ad "accordi" nella speranza di poter mangiare.
