Oggi, durante il pagamento, mi è stato chiesto di più. Chiedendo spiegazioni, mi è stato risposto che è così, come se lo fosse sempre stato. Forse non ricordavano il fatto che io andassi lì anche prima della quarantena!
I found some inconsistency. I had asked for confirmation of a price that was done before the quarantine on the phone, and it was confirmed to me. Today, during the payment, I was asked for more. Asking for explanations, I was told that this is the case, as if it always had been. Maybe they didn't remember the fact that I went there even before the quarantine!
