Li abbiamo chiamati per puilizia di un appartamento che abiteremo e che era abitato.Il preventivo è stato accurato ed è stato rispettato nei modi e nei tempi. La cucina e i bagni sono stati puliti a fondo ed in ogni angolo con molta cura. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è equilibrato.
We were 100% satisfied. They showed excellent customer relationship skills. We called them for the construction of an apartment that we will live in and that was inhabited.The estimate was accurate and was respected in terms and times. The kitchen and bathrooms have been thoroughly cleaned in every corner with great care. The value for money is balanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto preventivo per un quantitativo di ore definito, ma non lo eseguono senza sopralluogo. Il sopralluogo credo sia interessante e utile, ma un minimo di flessibilità per clienti con necessità differenti credo debba essere adottata nelle procedure aziendali anche quando "si è fatto sempre così" o quando "noi di solito facciamo così". Disservizio non da poco considerando che necessitavo del preventivo per fare approvare le pulizie dall'assicurazione. Poca disponibilità nel venire in contro alle esigenze dei clienti.
I have requested a quote for a defined number of hours, but they do not carry it out without an inspection. I think the inspection is interesting and useful, but I believe a minimum of flexibility for customers with different needs should be adopted in company procedures even when "it has always been done this way" or when "we usually do this". Not a small disservice considering that I needed a quote to get the cleaning approved by the insurance. Little willingness to meet customer needs.
