Elena è davvero fantastica, sempre presente e disponibile, dall'adozione mi ha sempre aiutata con i miei dubbi amletici da proprietario alla prima esperienza senza mai negarsi e con la sua dolcezza che immagino trasmetta anche ai cuccioli appena nati ?❤️ Anche Mario è un ottimo consigliere, molto competente. Spero di poter valutare anche la pensione alla prima vacanza che potremo concederci! Grazie Elena, non cambiare mai ? Consiglio questa esperienza non solo per le attenzioni e l’affetto che riservano ad ogni cane ma anche per la professionalità e la passione con cui svolgono il loro lavoro. I box sono tenuti davvero molto bene: pulitissimi e spaziosi. Inizialmente avevamo concordato di mettere la mia cagnolina in quello più grande (20mq) ma poi abbiamo optato per quello più piccolo perché lei era più a suo agio nel vedere il giardino e controllare ogni spostamento. D’altronde ogni cane ha le sue preferenze e lo staff del Melograno saprà sicuramente consigliarvi la soluzione migliore per venire incontro alle esigenze del vostro amico. Buone vacanze! The boxes are very well kept: very clean and spacious. Initially we had agreed to put my dog in the larger one (20sqm) but then we opted for the smaller one because she was more comfortable seeing the garden and checking every move. Mia figlia Giulia non vedeva l'ora di abbracciare la sua cucciola fin dal 1 maggio quando ci siamo visti per vedere se c'era la possibilità di avere una cucciola e la sua mamma non era ancora neanche certa di aspettare dei cuccioli. Da allora siamo rimasti in contatto fino alla nascita e a tutto il tempo necessario per allattamento vaccinazioni etc. Elena e Mario tra consigli e rassicurazioni ci hanno fatto capire che questo tempo era necessario per il bene della cucciola e con molta professionalità l'hanno consegnata solo quando tutto il processo non si è concluso. Peggy sta benissimo ed è molto vispa e vivace☺️☺️. Ha riempito il cuore di mia figlia ma anche quello di suo fratello mia moglie e me. Consiglieremo sicuramente ad amici e parenti che abbiano l'intenzione di avere un cucciolo di contattarvi. Vi ringraziamo di cuore per tutto❤️❤️❤️ Just yesterday we went to take our puppy! My daughter Giulia couldn't wait to hug her puppy since May 1st when we met to see if there was the possibility of having a puppy and her mother wasn't even sure she was expecting puppies yet. Since then we have been in contact until birth and all the time needed for breastfeeding vaccinations etc. Elena and Mario between advice and reassurances made us understand that this time was necessary for the good of the puppy and with great professionalism they handed it over only when the whole process was not concluded.
