V	VALENTINA Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante molto elegante e in una location da 5 stelle. Molto tranquillo e molto vicino al lago, ci ha regalato una vista super eccellente. Ci siamo fermati a far pranzo. Abbiamo preso come antipasto, un tagliere di salumi a dir poco sublime. Come primo piatto calamarata con ciuffi di moscardini, anche quest'ultima molto buona. Corredato il tutto da un buon vino e dalla gentilezza del proprietario e dei camerieri. Very elegant restaurant in a 5-star location. Very quiet and very close to the lake, it gave us a super excellent view. We stopped for lunch. We took as an appetizer, a platter of cured meats to say the least sublime. As a first course calamarata with tufts of baby octopus, the latter also very good. All accompanied by a good wine and the kindness of the owner and waiters.

Il titolare ci ha accolti in modo empatico e tranquillo, abbiamo potuto scegliere un tavolino molto riservato e vista lago, che già fa la sua gran parte. Le reginette con ragù bianco, funghi porcini e salsiccetta, accompagnate dal loro pane fatto in casa hanno aperto il modo eccellente la nostra cenetta...ma la differenza l'ha proprio fatta il filetto di canguro con salsina ai porcini e verdurine: che cosa magnifica!!! Già il contesto sul lungo lago è stupendo, se ci si aggiunge la cordialità del titolare, la sua maestria nel cucinare ed impiattare e l'eccellente qualità delle materie prime... Beh.. hanno proprio trovato la soluzione per fare tornare i clienti! Sconto 50% di TheFork applicato regolarmente! Inutile dire che torneremo!!! SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!!!! Sublime is an understatement! The owner welcomed us in an empathic and calm way, we were able to choose a very private table overlooking the lake, which already does its great part. The queens with white ragù, porcini mushrooms and sausage, accompanied by their homemade bread, opened our dinner in the excellent way ... but the difference was made by the kangaroo fillet with porcini sauce and vegetables: what magnificent !!! Already the context on the lakefront is wonderful, if you add the friendliness of the owner, his skill in cooking and serving and the excellent quality of the raw materials ... Well .. they have just found the solution to make customers come back! 50% discount from TheFork applied regularly! Needless to say, we will be back !!! SUPER RECOMMENDED !!!!!

Il proprietario è gentilissimo e si nota la passione nei piatti, che, per quanto elaborati, riescono a trasmettere tutte le note di sapori che promettono. Nota di merito al tortino con crema al lime e zenzero, che è stato superlativo ? Very nice place, which I imagine gives its best in the spring-summer season thanks to the green space overlooking the lake that cannot be used at the end of October for obvious reasons. The owner is very kind and you can see the passion in the dishes, which, however elaborate, manage to convey all the notes of flavors they promise. Credit to the lime and ginger cream pie, which was superb ?

Situato in una location spettacolare, ho potuto pranzare in una veranda vetrata, al caldo con di sfondo il lago di Viverone. Come antipasto, ho preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi del posto, i salumi direttamente scelti dallo chef nelle cascine locali e bresaola fatta da lui stesso, veramente eccezionale. La mia compagna ha preso degli gnocchetti tricolore ed io un filetto di tonno in crosta di semi cotto perfettamente (prodotto non surgelato). Il dolce è stato la ciliegina sulla torta con il piatto della casa: la torta Chalet che è stata un piacere per il palato. Ad accompagnare, un nebbiolo locale che si è lasciato bere ma ha un sapore molto diverso da quelli che si trovano sul Roero ai quali sono abituato. Personale simpatico e alla buona. Through a discount on The Fork, I discovered this restaurant. Located in a spectacular location, I was able to have lunch on a glassed-in veranda, warm with the Viverone lake in the background. As an appetizer, I took a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, the cured meats directly chosen by the chef in the local farms and bresaola made by himself, truly exceptional. My partner took some tricolor gnocchetti and I a perfectly cooked fillet of tuna in a seed crust (not frozen product). The dessert was the icing on the cake with the house dish: the Chalet cake which was a pleasure for the palate. To accompany, a local Nebbiolo that has been left to drink but has a very different flavor from those found on the Roero to which I am used. Nice and friendly staff.

Il cibo discreto non vale la spesa, ancora meno la vale il servizio che dire lento è poco, attese lunghissime tra una portata e l’altra per poi mangiare la pasta fredda. Per un tagliere di formaggi misti (da dividere in due), due primi, due dolci, due calici di vino, acqua e un caffè abbiamo speso 72,50€. Dubito fortemente che ci torneremo. We were drawn to this restaurant by the view. The place is beautiful even if little appreciated and the lake view is really beautiful. Discreet food is not worth the expense, even less so is the service which is slow to say, very long waits between courses and then eating cold pasta. For a platter of mixed cheeses (to be divided in two), two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, water and a coffee we spent € 72.50. I highly doubt we will be back.
