I asked for a rectangular formica covered chipboard (standard product), with a side border. I spent a good 32 € for less than a square meter of this very cheap material and they gave me a plan with an ant corresponding to the cuts, jagged and with the edges that came off and broken shortly after the withdrawal of the plan. I do not recommend contacting this company, which has given me a dear and poor quality service.

The shop is family-run and is managed by a skilled craftsman of the past. I have never liked the shop as they are obnoxious, gruff, have high prices and sometimes the work is even mediocre, not to mention superficial. I had brought a table with sentimental value to repair. He had a crack along the floor and while being experienced in DIY, I had preferred to take him to the wood shop to do a clean job. Today I withdraw and, after waiting 10 minutes, the table is handed to me. To my surprise, I noticed that the crack was clearly visible and could be felt by passing over it with your finger. Both the front and the back were clearly visible residues of vinaville glue. I protest to the saleswoman who treats me like a fish in the face and tells me that I could also do it myself and that I was expecting too much for the asking price (is it too much to ask for a table that is leveled?) ... I tell him that I would also be willing to spend more, but they had to tell me before they would do a superficial job. He tells me he can take off the glue but then it gets ruined and in doing so takes a very coarse sandpaper. I show her that the nail is enough to remove the residues. Then I pick up the table and it almost stays in my hand: 11 out of 24 screws are missing! The rest are only half screwed. The saleswoman tells me that she puts them there (good will, I admit) and tries to take them to put them back. Too bad that not being an expert like the carpenter goes at random and I see that she takes too long wrong ones that if tight would probably have perforated the table top itself. I tell him that I will drop the vines and that I will never go back to them. Finally, I am not given a receipt. I try to go to the carpenter to tell him about the vines (obviously he also treats me like fish in the face, he must be from the family), but the saleswoman (and daughter) stops me telling me that you cannot enter the workshop. Too bad there were other customers too and normally you enter the shop from there to talk to the boss. Moral of the story: money wasted and a ruined memory.
