F	Fabrizio Bortolon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ecco un locale da paura! A ROMA, in zona San Paolo, fuori le mura, c'è un gran bel posto in cui ristorarsi, veramente e piacevolmente. Si tratta dell'Officina Alimentare. Facilmente raggiungibile, anche utilizzando la metropolitana o i mezzi pubblici, a due passi delle facoltà universitarie di zona, fra uffici e negozi di vicinato. Qui, ho avuto il piacere di essere prima accolto con gentilezza e sensibilità, per degustarmi poi un aperitivo di ottima fattura!! La sera, nel giorno che ormai viene denominato con il termine anglo sassone Halloween, sono entrato in questo bel locale, con grandi vetrate su strada, dallo stile contemporaneo, ampio, comodo e spazioso. La sera, anche grazie alle luci utilizzate, si riceve in dono quel tocco di familiarità che offre serenità e tranquillità, solo nell'accomodarsi all'interno del locale. Poi, una volta seduti, ecco la Birra IPA che ti viene servita alla temperatura perfetta. Vino rosso di Montepulciano notevole. Pinsa romana, cotta con forno a legna, calda, croccante e morbida al punto giusto. Sia bianca e sia con i condimenti più ricercati, è qualcosa per cui il contenimento è inutile. Il palato ne gode. Lo stomaco ringrazia. Il tagliere di salumi e formaggi è appagante. I prezzi sono decisamente contenuti in rapporto alla qualità offerta in ogni dettaglio. Non ci voglio però ritornare in questa locanda moderna, la voglio proprio frequentare!!! Here is a scary place! Easily accessible, even using the subway or public transport, within walking distance of the university faculties of the area, between offices and neighborhood shops. Here, I had the pleasure of first being greeted with kindness and sensitivity, to then enjoy a well-made aperitif !! In the evening, on the day that is now known by the Anglo-Saxon term Halloween, I entered this beautiful room, with large windows overlooking the street, with a contemporary style, large, comfortable and spacious. In the evening, thanks also to the lights used, you receive that touch of familiarity as a gift that offers serenity and tranquility, only when you take a seat inside the room. Then, once seated, here is the IPA Beer that is served to you at the perfect temperature. Remarkable red wine from Montepulciano. Roman Pinsa, cooked in a wood oven, hot, crunchy and soft at the right point. Whether white or with the most sought-after toppings, it's something for which containment is useless. The palate enjoys it. The stomach thanks. The platter of cold cuts and cheeses is satisfying. The prices are decidedly contained in relation to the quality offered in every detail. But I don't want to go back to this modern inn, I really want to go there !!!

La pinsa non è stata di mio gusto .. per me la pinsa è un altra cosa sia come impasto che gusto.. più che altro sembra una pizza allungata .. ma cmq buona. Abbiamo aspettato tanto le portate principali anche se siamo arrivati alle 20:00, tra la pinsa come antipasto abbiamo aspettato circa 50minuti per la portata principale il locale ospitava un gruppo di persone (comitiva) che faceva molto caciara... avremmo gradito qualche attenzione in più ma purtroppo i camerieri erano solo in due e molto impegnati. Panini buoni ..ma le patatine fritte di contorno erano fredde...primi piatti buoni e abbondanti... conto nella media

When I was going through Officina’s menu on Just Eat, the concept of a “pinsa burguer” caught my eye and I decided to give it a try. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with my choice. Delivery was fast, and the food was delicious. I will definitely check out their aperitivo and other lunch options!
