Complimenti a tutti lo consiglio vivamente. Nice place, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, excellent quality products and congratulations to the pizza chef who made me savor the real Neapolitan pizza here in Rocca di Papa. Una delle migliori pizze dei castelli,provare per credere! If you want to eat a Neapolitan style pizza made to perfection this is the right place, not to mention the artisanal fried !! One of the best pizzas in the castles, seeing is believing!

Ieri sera sono stato invitato a casa di amici per una cena di compleanno è il menù era pizza da asporto, e come ogni volta che mangio pizza la sera mi preparo poi ad affrontare una notte terrificante (a meno che non la impasto io visto che per anni ho fatto il pizzaiolo) ieri sera sono stato sorpreso della qualitàe dalla bontà di questa pizza, l'impasto è fatto con farine di qualità perché la lievitazione era perfetta, il fiordilatte ( perché quella sopra era fiordilatte e non mozzarella disidratata) era sublime, il pomodoro era bilanciato e non acidulo segno di ottima qualità e finalmente un supplì vero!!!! Il prezzo è sicuramente di un euro in più della media ma la qualità di quello che si mangia e soprattutto dormire la notte non ha prezzo. Complimenti ancora e non mollate la qualità anche quando qualcuno vi farà notare quell'euro in più. Even 10 stars if there was a chance. Last night I was invited to a friend's house for a birthday dinner and the menu was pizza to take away, and like every time I eat pizza in the evening I prepare myself to face a terrifying night (unless I mix it myself since for years I was a pizza maker) last night I was surprised by the quality and goodness of this pizza, the dough is made with quality flours because the leavening was perfect, the fiordilatte (because the one above was fiordilatte and not dehydrated mozzarella) was sublime, the tomato was balanced and not sour, a sign of excellent quality and finally a real supplì !!!! The price is certainly one euro more than the average but the quality of what you eat is especially sleeping at night is priceless. Congratulations again and don't give up on quality even when someone points out that extra euro.

Impasto molto leggero, bordo alla napoletana ma la parte centrale, con immensa sorpresa, era croccante. Gli antipasti di supplì misti sono da provare soprattutto quello all'anduja. Per finire un buon tiramisù è da provare. Sicuramente ripasserò. I have been with former colleagues at the taste. I would say a surprising pizza. Very light dough, Neapolitan-style edge but the central part, with immense surprise, was crunchy. The mixed supplì appetizers are to be tried especially the anduja one. Finally, a good tiramisu is worth trying. I will definitely come back.
F	Fed Scognamiglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso la trippa ed era buona , una mia amica la polenta ai porcini che le è piaciuta moltissimo e gli altri hanno ordinato la pizza e mi hanno detto che era ottima. Ma soprattutto quasi un supplì a testa, un piatto e vino , birra e acqua abbiamo speso €9,50 cadauno! I took the tripe and it was good, a friend of mine the polenta with porcini which she liked very much and the others ordered the pizza and told me it was excellent. But above all, almost a supplì each, a dish and wine, beer and water we spent € 9.50 each!
