★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato regalato un buono da spendere presso il Granello in via Trento a Merate.SUL BUONO NON È RIPORTATA ALCUNA DATA DI SCADENZA.Non potendomi recare nell'immediato,telefono e domando a riguardo.Mi viene risposto che non ha scadenza.mi reco in negozio e faccio acquisti per la metà del valore del buono.Dimandobentri quando devo completare gli acquisti e nuovamente mi rispondono che non c'è scadenza.A distanza di tempo torno e mi sento dire che il buono è scaduto (nessuno però tra commessa e marito e moglie responsabili,sanno precisarla)Alle mie perplessità la responsabile risponde che dopo tanto tempo( un anno emmezzocirca) hanno dato per scontato non fossi più interessata.Questa io la chiamo truffa.
I was given a voucher to spend at Il Granello in via Trento in Merate. NO EXPIRY DATE IS SHOWN ON THE VOUCHER. Not being able to bring me immediately, I call and ask about it. I am told that it does not expire. in the shop and I shop for half the value of the voucher. I keep in mind when I have to complete the purchases and again they reply that there is no expiration. After some time I come back and I am told that the voucher has expired (but no one between the order and responsible husband and wife, they know how to specify it) To my perplexities the manager replies that after a long time (about a year and a half) they assumed I was no longer interested. This I call it a scam.

Per non parlare dei lodevoli fini dell'associazione. È il posto giusto se si vuole sostenete un commercio non basato sullo sfruttamento ma più equo e solidale.
It is a small and cozy shop that offers good quality products. The staff is very polite and courteous.
Not to mention the laudable aims of the association. It is the right place if you want to support a trade that is not based on exploitation but more fair and inclusive.
