A	Antonio Disanto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza d’acquisto UNICA (nel senso che non ci tornerò mai più!) Mi reco per la prima volta nella Parafarmacia Broseta, abitando nelle vicinanze. Chiedo due farmaci da banco e poiché non erano disponibili, decido ugualmente di prenotarli e conseguentemente di ritornare una seconda volta. Il farmacista mi riferisce che sarebbero arrivati all’indomani mattina e che avrei ricevuto un Sms di conferma. Inoltre, su una spesa totale di 21 €, mi viene chiesto di lasciare un acconto di 5 €, cosa MAI successa in altre farmacie!!! La mattina seguente, ricevo l’Sms e nella serata mi reco presso la parafarmacia. Il farmacista, in un primo momento mi dice che era arrivato solo uno dei due farmaci, poi fortunatamente, riesce a recuperare anche il secondo farmaco. Mi chiede di pagare il saldo di 18 € (in luogo dei 16 € preventivati con tanto di ricevuta), al che io chiedo spiegazioni e mi riferisce che c’era stato un errore nel farmi il preventivo. Questa è l’unica parafarmacia dove, invece di applicare uno sconto come solitamente avviene, il prezzo dei farmaci addirittura aumenta da un giorno all’altro! Comportamento corretto sarebbe stato scusarsi dell’errore prima che io me ne accorgessi! Per ultimo, recita un proverbio cinese: “Se non sai sorridere, non aprir bottega”… ma questa è una considerazione personale…. A UNIQUE shopping experience (in the sense that I will never go back there!) I go for the first time in the Parapharmacy Broseta, living nearby. I ask for two over-the-counter drugs and since they were not available, I decide to book them and consequently return a second time. The pharmacist tells me that they would arrive tomorrow morning and that I would receive a confirmation text message. Furthermore, on a total expense of € 21, I am asked to leave a deposit of € 5, which NEVER happened in other pharmacies !!! The following morning, I receive the SMS and in the evening I go to the parapharmacy. The pharmacist, at first tells me that only one of the two drugs had arrived, then fortunately, he manages to recover even the second drug. He asks me to pay the balance of € 18 (instead of the € 16 budgeted with a receipt), to which I ask for explanations and he tells me that there was a mistake in making the estimate. This is the only drugstore where, instead of applying a discount as usually happens, the price of drugs even increases from day to day! Proper behavior would have been apologizing for the error before I knew it! Finally, says a Chinese proverb: "If you don't know how to smile, don't open shop" ... but this is a personal consideration ...
