★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty villa in nice park. The park is in fact free, one only pays to visit the villa. Is that why parts of the park are run down, some paths not maintained? It's a shame...
Still, worth a visit of you're staying in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park for relaxing. Entry is free. The only sad point are the turtles that are kept in the fountain. It is too small for the many big turtles. They don't have enough space to dry in the sun which is important to stay healthy. I assume it was build with baby turtles but doesn't work anymore because they have grown a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A haven of tranquility. This beautiful park was established in the 16th century and is recognised as one of the "Grandi Giardini Italiani".
There are different sections or gardens as one walks down the hill slope. There is also a kids' playground at the bottom of the hill, just inside the gate at Via Guncheto.
