Il Giardino di Petra

Persone squisite e gentili. Posto ottimo per trascorrere una splendida vacanza. Consigliatissimo.

Posto fantastico a due passi dal mare. Proprietario disponibilissimo. Il giardino è una meraviglia.

Con poche righe ed un messaggio di poco conto il gestore della struttura una sera prima della partenza ci ha disdetto la prenotazione con disinteresse a trovare un'altra sistemazione presso altre strutture. È stato veramente da incubo e ci è costato un pomeriggio alla ricerca di una camera considerando il breve lasso di tempo. Avrei gradito anche una chiamata piuttosto che un freddo messaggio...sconsiglio in considerazione alla mia disavventura.

Un'accoglienza unica ed una disponibilità che trovi difficilmente quando viaggi. Il proprietario trasmette la voglia di creare connessioni tra i viaggiatori, consigliandoci spiagge, ristoranti e posti da visitare. La villetta è vicino la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi.Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'ambiente, nuovissimo, pulito ed accogliente. Torneremo volentieri!

Un posto delizioso a due passi dal mare e qualche minuto di automobile da uno dei borghi più belli di Italia. La gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprieta completano l'esperienza del soggiorno. Superconsigliato.

I visited Il Giardino di Petra twice with my family. I do like everything in this place - the house is nice and clean, there is a perfect terrace for your cosy evenings, the territory nearby is safe and green with grapes, cactus and garnet, grown by caring hosts, the sea is close to the house, you can see the house and the nature on the territory and the beach on my pics. I highly recommend this place. Especially for the hosts of this house, we are very grateful to them for out fantastic rest in Sicily!

Our first meeting with the south of Sicily and the beautiful city of Noto began from this amazing place, where we were lucky to stay with my wife. Hospitable, open-minded and full of kindness, the owners of this house provided us an apartment on the ground floor of the house with a cozy small open air space in the form of a pergola, where grapes vine was spread and created shade on hot sunny days. The entrance to the apartment was from the back of the building, where fig and olive trees spread their branches, and gigantic cacti complemented the diversity of the fauna in the courtyard. The apartment was perfectly clean, all the necessary amenities for a convenient life were present. Kitchen appliances and equipment made it possible to cook any dishes from seafood to baked goods. There also was a nice present from the owners in the fridge in the form of soft drinks and a bottle of wine. Sleeping area was with a large double bed, clean bedding and access to the courtyard. Capacious wardrobes are provided for storing things. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, which saves you a lot of hassle. The house itself is very well located, not disturbed by the noise from the street in the evening, though having a short distance to the nice beach of Lido di Noto. In a 10-minute walk there is a minimarket with everything you can need, as well as a bus stop from which it is convenient to get to the pearl of the light baroque - the city of Noto. The owners were always helpful and suggested interesting places for recreation and small trips, provided bicycles for small evening walks. This is a truly delightful place for me, we were very lucky to dip into the spirit of real Sicily from it. We still save the best emotions from that vacation with a pleasant aftertaste of memories when looking at the photos. Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back!
