Ha risolto un mio problema sugli assegni famigliari che durava da anni. Ho girato molti caf, arrivando anche a Roma. Sono stata trattata male ogni volta che non risolvevano il problema. Gianluca no, per un anno ha lavorato sulla mia pratica,finché la bella notizia che è stata accolta?..e poi bravissimi per il 7.30..io li consiglio al 100% Preparation and professionalism, Gianluca is a nice person, always present and available. Considerando che gli altri CAf delle varie associazioni sindacali neanche rispondono al telefono o se lo fanno ti danno appuntamento per settembre perché ad agosto sono tutti in ferie. Con loro invece ho risolto il mio problema in mezz'ora senza dover prendere nessun appuntamento. Fa piacere sapere che esistono ancora persone così. Complimenti! Professional, kind and efficient. Considering that the other CAf of the various trade unions do not even answer the phone or if they do they give you an appointment for September because in August they are all on vacation. With them, however, I solved my problem in half an hour without having to make an appointment. It's nice to know that people like that still exist. Compliments!

Gianluca è sempre stato disponibile, competente, e soprattutto molto chiaro nel presentare e spiegare le varie tematiche che abbiamo dovuto affrontare, cosa non da poco per chi come me ha bisogno di essere "guidata" su alcuni argomenti... Grazie a lui, ed all'avvocato cui fa riferimento, ho potuto affrontare e risolvere problematiche con l Inps, che diversamente avrei lasciato perdere, come fanno purtroppo gran parte delle persone, anche laddove è giusto difendere i propri diritti. By chance I came across this Café, and I must say it was a fortune !! Isee fatto in pochi minuti. Consigliatissimo,gentili e super disponibili.Grazie ancora.
