Il profumo inebriante dell'arrosto di montagna e il clima di quelle domeniche in famiglia passate nella spensieratezza e nell' amore accogliente di una casa di campagna. Giuseppe e Giovanni con il loro staff impersonificano i valori quelli autentici della Toscana e io loro cibo è al dir poco spettacolare accompagnata da tanta educazione e gentilezza. Ci hanno aperto le porte della loro casa e del loro mondo agricolo con delicatezza e hanno conquistato il nostro cuore e il nostro palato con saluti, formaggi, carne di maiale eccezionale e ad ogni morso sentivamo la cura e la maestria e magia che mettono nel creare piatti poveri ma ricci di autenticità a prezzi onesti super onesti e soprattutto ben ricompensati.Torneremo a trovarvi... Ci ha servito i suoi salumi, le verdure sott'olio e un buon vino rosso. Tutto sublime...!!!! Una nota speciale alla FINOCCHIONA, al PROSCIUTTO Crudo... E alla salsiccia, ai formaggi. Pieve di santo Stefano... Uscita indicata sulla superstrada. Merita!!!!! The place is really hidden, discovered by accident. The owner is a truly hospitable person, generous and proud of his 'home' products. He served us his cold cuts, vegetables in oil and a good red wine. All sublime ... !!!! Davvero caratteristico in quanto si mangia direttamente all’interno di una abitazione, diventerà una tappa fissa ogni qual volta si passerà nei dintorni 5 stars only because it is not possible to put more. Affettati formaggi locali di alto livello così come le verdure, carne veramente buona e cucinata a dovere e condita dal giorno prima, per non parlare della simpatia dei gestori, cosa che si trova solo in questa zona d’Italia!! Super consigliato e consiglio la prenotazione almeno il giorno prima perché non tutti possono essere fortunati come noi!! Super lunch during a motorbike ride! High-quality local cheeses as well as vegetables, really good meat cooked properly and seasoned from the day before, not to mention the sympathy of the managers, something that can only be found in this area of Italy !!
