★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ieri giorno di Pasqua sono stato a pranzo presso questo ristorante nel quale mi ero sempre trovato bene in passato. Sono tanti anni che lo frequento e premetto che vengo apposta da Firenze. Devo dire che ieri è stato il peggiore pranzo di Pasqua da molto tempo a questa parte. L'antipasto misero, con crostini serviti freddi, i tortelli di patate ai funghi prugnoli cotti poco e quindi duri, serviti freddi anche essi, le patate di contorno alla arrosto non cotte bene e servite fredde anche esse. Anche il dessert lasciava molto a desiderare. Oltretutto vorrei far notare che il prezzo del pranzo è salito del 33,3 per cento a testa rispetto allo scorso anno e non mi si può dire che le materie prime sono aumentate di costo. Ma comunque il conto è la cosa meno importante Nell insieme. Mi spiace molto perché nel passato ho fatto recensioni al ristorante Il Portico molto buone. Certamente non ne conosco i motivi ma stavolta è stata una esperienza molto negativa. La cosa migliore che ho apprezzato è stata la professionalità e la gentilezza del cameriere che ci ha servito. In ogni caso non so se in futuro tornerò. Siamo rimasti molto delusi. Probabilmente è stato organizzato un evento con troppe prenotazioni e, poco personale in cucina o piuttosto distratto e superficiale.
