Ho viaggiato tantissimo nella mia vita e uno SCHIFO del genere non credevo MAIII di incontrarlo. Ora vi racconto la mia esperienza presso l'agenzia Il GABBIANO ,riferimento agli appartamenti L' ANCORA. Ore 8:30 arriviamo in agenzia per la consegna delle chiavi ,abbiamo avuto un accoglienza a dir poco PESSIMA. Ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle ore 11:30 per darci le chiavi dell' appartamento e nell'arco di questa attesa la "receptionist " una signora di mezza eta' non faceva altro che urlare e lamentarsi a chiunque entrasse in agenzia , ZERO PROFESSIONALITA' ,ripeto ZEROOOOOO. Arrivati all'appartamento non volevamo crederci , non potete immaginare lo sporco che c'era all'interno e non parliamo del odore orribile. Purtroppo avendo già pagato in anticipo non potevamo fare nulla ma soltanto accontentarci di ciò che stavamo vendendo e fare finta di niente. Non ci sono parole per descrivere lo stato dell'appartamento ma una cosa e' certa che se c'è lo avessero fatto vedere prima di pagare sicuramente non ci saremmo rimasti nemmeno 1 secondo. Quando abbiamo fatto la prenotazione sul sito Booking dalle foto tutto sembrava magnifico mentre in realtà tutto era una schifo e non rispettava assolutamente quello che avevamo prenotato.1300€ per 7 giorni , rapporto PREZZO/QUALITA' ZEROOOOOO. Una vera fregatura , l'unica cosa che ci consolava era il mare e il posto ma per il resto non ci sono più commenti. What to say or rather what not to say ???? When we made the booking on the Booking website from the photos everything looked great while in reality everything was a crap and absolutely did not respect what we had booked.1300 € for 7 days, ZEROOOOOO PRICE / QUALITY ratio. P	Patrizia Bei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativa. Alle 3 di notte si è rotto il boiler dell"acqua calda (posto in cucina sospeso a scomparsa sopra il frigo) con copiose perdite di acqua. Situazione pericolosa, per combinazione di acqua bollente e corrente elettrica. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di emergenza più volte e nessuno ha risposto. Non informati sulla localizzazione dei contatori, siamo stati costretti a tamponare la situazione isolando il boiler da corrente e afflusso di acqua, posizionando inoltre bacinelle sopra il frigo della cucina. Una notte passata a svuotare bacinelle (video inclusi). Considerati i prezzi dell'offerta il servizio è stato pessimo Devo aggiornare, perchè la signora straniera che gestisce l'agenzia è pure il massimo della maleducazione. Dopo aver messo in sicurezza il boiler e isolato l'impianto da sola, questa mattino mi sono beccata una scenata, perchè chiamando il numero di emergenza avevo disturbato i suoi sonni tranquilli. Invece di rispondere staccava. Si, perchè il delegato all"emergenza era lei. Un tutto fare che non si rende conto delle situazioni di pericolo e non sa riconosere un impianto non a norma. Per fortuna che io sono un geometra. Non ho parole. Meriterebbe una ispezione. Negative.
