Dopo che ho detto di no ad altre proposte di altri agenti mi hanno detto che non era più affittabile. Bad experience, they made me waste a lot of time (stolen from work) telling me that the apartment was ready and only needed to sign the contract! Dopo 3 anni che non vivo più nella loro casa , ricevo ancora dalla agenzia delle entrate il contratto d affitto che loro non hanno mai pagato e si paga a metà. Ovviamente l agenzia delle entrate dato che loro non pagato li chiede per intero a me che sono costretta a pagare. Ho avuto dall agenzia delle entrate richiesta di pagare contratti d affitto arretrati nonostante sia stata solo un anno in un loro appartamento. Probabilmente mi hanno fatto risultare per diversi anni per i loro scopi. Ma io non pago nulla per colpa loro. Dimostrerò di non essere stata da loro e vedrò chi pagherà !! Già la categoria è quello che è...non mi hanno fornito la documentazione richiesta per valutare correttamente l'immobile che se avessi acquistato sarebbe stato una grandissima fregatura. Non sanno nemmeno i metri quadri dei vani delle case che vendono, li misurano con i passi. Allucinanti! Impressive how some people manage to pass themselves off as "real estate agents". Already the category is what it is ... they did not provide me with the documentation required to correctly evaluate the property which if I had bought it would have been a huge rip off. They don't even know the square meters of the rooms of the houses they sell, they measure them with the steps. Hallucinating!
