★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si capisce come mai un forno che sembra essere storico, come arredi e come tipologia di prodotti, non sia in grado di fare una pizza di base (bianca o rossa) di qualità. E' abbastanza suggestivo, ma non basta. Tornerò per provare qualche dolce.
It is not clear why an oven that seems to be historic, in terms of furnishings and type of products, is not able to make a basic (white or red) quality pizza. It is quite suggestive, but it is not enough. I'll be back to try some desserts.
