Piero ist nicht nur ein großartiger Forcolaio, sondern auch ein offener und freundlicher Mensch, der die verwendeten Holzarten für die Forcole auch auf deutsch und englisch zu nennen weiß... ;-))
Authentic shop that you wouldn't have expected so close to Strada Nova.
Piero is not only a great Forcolaio, but also an open and friendly person who knows how to name the types of wood used for the Forcole in German and English ... ;-))
