★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo ristorante (sale davvero arredate con gran gusto) immerso nel verde, c'è un bellissimo laghetto con ninfee, carpe e ranocchie...davvero bucolico?. Siamo stati al Focarile per partecipare al matrimonio e siamo stati davvero benissimo. Buffet di benvenuto davvero ricco, con materie prime eccellenti e vini ottimi. Tutte le altre portate ottime, sopratutto l'antipasto e il primo di pesce (pacchetti con gallinella e olive, strepitoso!!!). Il Pranzo è proseguito con un altro primo (pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale) e un secondo (maialino arrosto con patate al forno e insalata). Infine un ottimo sorbetto al limone in salsa di fragole, torta nuziale, frutta e un ricchissimo buffet di dolci... Personale in sala davvero cortese, gentile e rapido. Anche se il tempo non è stato dei migliori, non c'è ne siamo quasi accorti per quanto in sala tutto fosse perfetto e spumeggiante. Ci torneremo sicuramente ?.
Beautiful restaurant (rooms really furnished with great taste) surrounded by greenery, there is a beautiful pond with water lilies, carps and frogs ... really bucolic. We stayed at the Focarile to attend the wedding and we had a really great time. Very rich welcome buffet, with excellent raw materials and excellent wines. All the other excellent dishes, especially the antipasto and the first course of fish (packages with chicken and olives, amazing !!!). Lunch was continued with another first course (pappardelle with wild boar sauce) and a second course (roast suckling pig with baked potatoes and salad). Finally a great lemon sorbet in strawberry sauce, wedding cake, fruit and a very rich dessert buffet ... Staff in the dining room really polite, kind and quick. Even if the weather was not the best, there is hardly any we noticed as everything was perfect and bubbly in the dining room. We will definitely be back ?.

Cozy place, customers don't have to ask, they think everything about them. Portions from great chefs. Excellent service and cutlery change at every course. It is advisable to book, adequate and fair price.

Un menu di tutto rispetto che ricorda la cucina toscana tradizionale e puatti di pesce molto sfiziosi,servizio eccellente e sommelier molto preparato.lo consiglio a chi vuole passare una piacevole serata... ma anche per eventi la location è veramente stupenda
Excellent restaurant with attention to detail ... it was a few years since I was missing and I found it more modern with a totally different look. A respectable menu reminiscent of traditional Tuscan cuisine and very tasty fish puatti, excellent service and very prepared sommelier.I recommend it to those who want to spend a pleasant evening ... but also for events the location is truly wonderful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Focarile è una garanzia! Se si vuole fare bella figura, festeggiare un evento è davvero il massimo che si possa trovare nei dintorni. I prezzi sono adeguati a quello che si mangia, perché, bisogna dirlo: la qualità, si sente eccome! Io e mio marito abbiamo festeggiato qui il nostro primo mese da sposi e il battesimo di nostra figlia. Complimenti a non finire da parte di tutti gli invitati! Torneremo a Pasqua e ci torneremo anche con dei nostri amici... i posti dove si mangia bene, vanno condivisi e pubblicizzati! Tralasciando il cibo ottimo (che sarebbe già un'ottima scusa per andarci!), bisogna anche aggiungere che la location è bellissima. C'è anche un angolo parco giochi per i bambini. E poi tutto lo staff è fantastico! Disponibile, mai invedente e davvero molto molto cordiale! Non si può proprio chiedere di più! Focarile TOP non solo nei pressi d'Aprilia, ma oserei dire "almeno" del Lazio! Continuate così!
Focarile is a guarantee! If you want to make a good impression, celebrating an event is really the best that can be found in the surroundings. The prices are adequate for what you eat, because, it must be said: the quality, you can feel it! My husband and I celebrated our first month as wed and our daughter's baptism here. A lot of congratulations from all the guests! We will come back at Easter and we will also come back with some of our friends ... places where you eat well must be shared and advertised! Aside from the excellent food (which would already be an excellent excuse to go there!), We must also add that the location is beautiful. There is also a playground corner for children. And then all the staff are fantastic! Helpful, never intrusive and very, very friendly! You just can't ask for more! Focarile TOP not only near Aprilia, but I would dare to say "at least" in Lazio!
