★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno. Avevo pensato di fare l'esperienza della cucina romana in un ambiente informale tipica delle trattorie d'altri tempi, con una mia amica e mia figlia. Ci siamo ritrovate in un ambiente non riscaldato e con temperatura glaciale. Poca scelta delle pietanze quindi abbiamo optato per una porzione di pasta alla carbonara e due porzioni di salsiccia con patatine e verdure grigliate. Allora: le salsicce non erano ben cotte; le patatine erano contate:7 per porzione; invece di un vassoietto di verdure grigliate, ci è arrivato un piattino con 4 striscie di zucchine e due fettine di melanzane, fredde effetto/ glaciazione anche quelle. Bevande: una brocca di acqua probabilmente di rubinetto. Veniamo al pezzo forte, il piatto di carbonara per mia figlia: stracciatella di uova con pasta flottante nell'olio. Costo dell'esperienza: 35 € senza neppure un caffè offerto per compensare la glaciazione e l'esiguità delle porzioni. Voto: 4
 Good morning. I had thought of experiencing Roman cuisine in an informal setting typical of the trattorias of yesteryear, with a friend of mine and my daughter. We found ourselves in an unheated environment with a glacial temperature. Little choice of dishes so we opted for a portion of carbonara pasta and two portions of sausage with chips and grilled vegetables. So: the sausages were not well cooked; fries were counted: 7 per serving; instead of a tray of grilled vegetables, we got a saucer with 4 strips of zucchini and two slices of aubergine, cold effect / glaciation too. Drinks: a jug of water probably from the tap. Let's come to the highlight, the carbonara dish for my daughter: egg stracciatella with pasta floating in oil. Cost of the experience: 35 € without even a coffee offered to compensate for the ice age and the smallness of the portions. Rating: 4
