★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very impressive restaurant, even for one who has lived in Italy many years and is a world traveler. Every dish was made with fresh local ingredients, the secret to any good cuisine. I will not recommend any particular dish because I am sure they will vary depending on the season. The service was excellent and provided with smiles, not always the case of professional waiters in Italy.

Close to Etna vulcano and to the Nelson castle it represents the best solution to spend a wonderful day in Bronte! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good average quality price restaurant. Try to eat the roasted meat. Pasta is average, meat is high quality. They gave you also an amuse bouche of bread with olive oil and a small pasta fried(pasta with a chess on top fried.)
Very good customer service.
