★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venditore/commerciale molto bravo. Ma poi montaggio medio,piuttosto affrettato. E soprattutto dopo pochi anni, chiamati per una precoce rottura del serramento, non hanno dato alcuna assistenza. Avevo fiducia, tanto da consigliarli a diversi amici che gli hanno fatto fare lavori.
Assurdo non garantire poi assistenza e manutenzione negli anni per prodotti durevoli. Delusione.
8/11/2021 Aggiornamento e risposta a il Ferro: Il signor Piero Ramponi e il signor Vittorio Melloni non ci sono più presso Il Ferro?
Ho ancora la fattura dell'installazione, se vi serve per le vs anagrafiche clienti. E ho copia della chat di whatsapp del 27nov2020 con cui ho chiesto due volte a Piero Ramponi se potevate intervenire sull inferriata con serratura rotta, con risposta (domani provo a vedere i montaggi) oltre ad avergli telefonato. Quindi, dal novembre 2020, oggi novembre 2021 vi dovrei contattare per risolvere? Mi auguro che a tutte le diverse persone a cui, su mio suggerimento,purtroppo, avete fatto dei lavori, non succeda di avere problemi e l'assistenza che avete dato a me. Buon proseguimento
Very good seller / commercial. But then medium, rather hasty assembly. And especially after a few years, called for an early breaking of the window, they did not give any assistance. I had confidence, so much so that I recommended them to several friends who made them do jobs.
It is absurd not to guarantee assistance and maintenance over the years for durable products. Disappointment.
11/8/2021 Update and reply to il Ferro: Are Mr. Piero Ramponi and Mr. Vittorio Melloni no longer at Il Ferro?

And I have a copy of the whatsapp chat of 27nov2020 with which I asked Piero Ramponi twice if you could intervene on the grating with a broken lock, with an answer (tomorrow I'll try to see the montages) as well as phoning him.
