Professionali e precisi gli installatori, con grande attenzione alle rifiniture, hanno lasciando la casa pulita. Gentili, competenti e professionali anche la signora Jessica dello show-room di Bologna, che tra l’altro è stata disponibilissima per ogni chiarimento, e i tecnici che son venuti a prendere le misure per il preventivo e per l’esecuzione. V	Vincenzo Capasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mamma mia,si salvi chi può...siamo andati nello show room di via degli orti per delle porte da interno,la signora ci ha fatto aspettare fuori mentre lei parlava al telefono girovagando x il negozio.....dopo aver finito la telefonata , gentilmente ci apre.....,abbiamo ordinato le porte da interno con lo sconto in fattura...sono venuti a prendere le misure,al momento del montaggio le porte non andavano bene,dopo vari contatti telefonici in cui mi viene detto che mi avrebbero fatto un favore a lasciarmi senza porte per due settime,mi hanno consegnato le porte un mese dopo...chiaramente le scuse non esistono per loro...ma non finisce qua...lo sconto in fattura per errore mio non sono riuscito ad ottenerlo,e ho dovuto saldare tutto il conto........Alla mia specifica richiesta:la fattura che ho pagato per la pratica dello sconto in fattura se mi venisse rimborsata non ho ottenuto risposta...Attenti,con questi si firmano contratti,non esistono i CLIENTI.... Lo staff è stato molto professionale e competente a partire dal geometra, che ci ha seguito passo-passo nel coordinare i lavori di muratura con il nostro muratore , all'ufficio tecnico per la progettazione e per la scelta dei materiali e agli installatori che sono stati disponibilissimi e molto precisi .
