Per chi vuole conoscere il vero pane di Trapani a fermentazione corretta, cottura perfetta e sapore inimitabile. Personalmente cerco il pane che si faceva nel vecchio centro storico e che ormai e quasi introvabile: esterno ben cotto quasi grigio, duro, e saporevleggermente acidulo. Bisogna chiederlo ben cotto, non rossastro (affarato). Non conosco gli altri prodotti, ma il pane è eccezionale e merita una deviazione per raggiungere il panificio. Controllate il colore. Esperienza unica

For those who want to know the real bread of Trapani with correct fermentation, perfect cooking and inimitable flavor. Personally I look for the bread that was made in the old historic center and which is now almost impossible to find: well cooked exterior almost gray, hard, and slightly acidic flavor. You have to ask for it well cooked, not reddish (business). I don't know the other products, but the bread is exceptional and worth a detour to get to the bakery. Check the color. Unique experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un forno eccezionale, con prodotti freschi buonissimi sia dolci che salati, situato nei pressi dell'ospedale lungo la strada che porta al lungo mare di San Giuliano. Fantastico il pane "cunsato", una tipica prelibatezza locale che abbiamo preso ogni mattina, da assaporare poi in spiaggia. Prezzi più che onesti e personale molto cordiale. Consigliatissimo!!!
An exceptional bakery, with delicious fresh products both sweet and savory, located near the hospital along the road that leads to the seafront of San Giuliano. Fantastic "cunsato" bread, a typical local delicacy that we took every morning, to be savored on the beach. More than fair prices and very friendly staff. Highly recommended !!!
