Ho avuto un problema con il mio cellulare Samsung e così l’ho portato da loro per ripararlo. Il personale è stato molto competente, professionale e rapido nella riparazione del mio cellulare. Aggiungo anche che sono molto gentili e disponibili. Colgo l’occasione, infatti, per ringraziarLi e, nello stesso tempo, per consigliarlo a tutte le persone che ne hanno necessità. Good morning and good Sunday to everyone. I share, with great pleasure, my experience in these days with the Elettronica Cicala technical assistance center. I had a problem with my Samsung phone and so I took it to them for repair. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and quick in repairing my mobile. I also add that they are very kind and helpful. In fact, I take this opportunity to thank them and, at the same time, to recommend it to all the people who need it. I am very satisfied. Sia il tecnico che la signora all'accettazione sono persone molto serie.

Nel giro di 24 ore sono riusciti a risolvere il mio problema, non me lo aspettavo completamente sapendo i soliti tempi di attesa dei centri assistenza..invece mi sono dovuto ricredere!
Aggiungo, ragazzi preparati e molto gentili.

Within 24 hours they managed to solve my problem, I did not fully expect it knowing the usual waiting times of the assistance centers .. instead I had to change my mind!

Ho rotto il vetro della fotocamera del mio telefono, mi sono recato al centro quasi allorario di chiusura. Ero andato li per un preventivo e per chiedere le tempistiche, ho esposto la mia necessità di averlo entro il giorno 11 poiché dovevo allontanarmi da trapani. Hanno accolto la mia richiesta in modo esemplare, chiedendomi di attendere fino all'orario di chiusura, ma neanche 10 minuti dopo mi è stato consegnato il telefono perfettamente funzionante.
Consiglio vivamente per la rapidità e cordialità.

I broke the glass on my phone's camera, went to the center almost closing time. I went there for a quote and to ask for the timing, I explained my need to have it by day 11 as I had to get away from drills. They accepted my request in an exemplary way, asking me to wait until closing time, but not even 10 minutes later I was given the fully functional phone.
I highly recommend for the speed and friendliness.
