Appena un bollo di pocchissimi secondi e il risultato era un mucchio di " pongo" meno male che non avevo ospiti e meno male che il pesto l'ho comperato al supermercato. Avrei dovuto comperare anche i gnocchi li, almeno li mangiavo " interi" Ho fatto felice qualche animale selvatico... Bad dumplings! Yet handmade! € 6 thrown away! Even dinner! Just a stamp of a few seconds and the result was a pile of "pongo" thank goodness that I had no guests and thank goodness that I bought the pesto at the supermarket. I should have bought the gnocchi too, at least I ate them "whole" I made some wild animals happy ...

Le trofie fatte in casa a 12 € al kg non hanno nessun senso e il pesto a 42€ men che meno. Seppur bravi in cucina, sono troppo presuntuosi. Un vero peccato, perché con un grammo d umiltà in più sarebbero davvero il top. Ma questa è solo la mia opinione. L'umiltà costa più cara dei vostri prodotti artigianali, ne basterebbe un cucchiaino ma è chiaro dalla sua risposta che a voi non interessa. Quanto alle differenze sui prodotti.....la vostra risposta si commenta da se. Cerchiamo e troviamo su google questo posto e vedendo le foto dei menu capiamo che può fare al caso nostro. Chiamiamo, risponde una signora gentile e ordiniamo. Arrivati la ci ritroviamo un conto di € 75,50 per una cena x due persone. Fossimo andati in un locale, anche di fascia alta, con questo prezzo avremo mangiato 2 primi 2 secondi piu anche una bottiglia di vino. Peccato perché la qualità è alta, ma non rispecchia i prezzi. Aprite un ristorante con questi prezzi. We decide not to book at the restaurant to try a local gastronomy. We search and find this place on google and seeing the photos of the menus we understand that it can do for us. We call, a nice lady answers and we order. Once there we find a bill of € 75.50 for a dinner for two people. Had we gone to a place, even a high-end one, with this price we would have eaten 2 first 2 seconds plus even a bottle of wine. Too bad because the quality is high, but it does not reflect the prices. Open a restaurant with these prices.
