★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco e seguo questo ristorante e Franchino e Laura, i loro proprietari ormai da decenni e non sono mai rimasto deluso. Le pietanze proposte seguono la più tipica cucina palermitana/siciliana con una particolare attenzione e una ricerca delle materie prime più genuine possibili. La preparazione è fatta con esperienza e semplicità. L'ambiente è anch'esso semplice e accogliente come il servizio ai tavoli. Il buffet di antipasti copioso e ricco, i primi e i secondi accurati e i dessert appaganti. Il conto poi è sempre una piacevole sorpresa. Continuerò ad andarci e consiglio anche a voi di provarlo.
I know and follow this restaurant and Franchino and Laura, their owners for decades now and have never been disappointed. The dishes proposed follow the most typical Palermo / Sicilian cuisine with particular attention and a search for the most genuine raw materials possible. The preparation is done with experience and simplicity. The environment is also simple and welcoming like the table service. The copious and rich buffet of appetizers, the first and second courses accurate and the satisfying desserts. The bill is always a pleasant surprise. I will continue to go there and recommend you to try it too.
