Servizio attento (tanto da far passare un piccolo errore come scusa per famigliarizzare). Gestione giovane (e di questi tempi è una gran cosa). Ma se poi, anche gli spaghettoni al pomodoro per mia figlia sono strepitosi, allora che vuoi che aggiunga?... Ah, giusto, il conto: 1 antipasto 1 primo 2 secondi 2 calici di rose 2 bottiglie di San Pellegrino 2 prosecchi di benvenuto offerti come anche la ciotolina d'olio per intingere il pane. Cenare all'aperto nella piazzetta antistante in uno dei centri storici più suggestivi del Molise non ha rivali. Carta dei vini sufficientemente curata. Cibo: alcuni piatti sono strepitosi, altri (ma questa è anche una questione di gusti personali) mi hanno interessato un po' meno, soprattutto quando l'originalità si spinge un pochino troppo oltre l'abbinamento. Qualità delle pietanze eccellente comunque. Insomma un gioiellino da preservare. CIBO I piatti sono molto curati e l'impressione che ho avuto riguardo i prodotti è stata buonissima, di vera qualità. SERVIZIO Molto efficiente e sicuramente simpatico. LOCATION Magico sia l'interno del locale che l'esterno, non c'è che dire. Facilmente raggiungibile dal centro di Venafro. HOSPITALITY Very good. Lo staff del Concio porta avanti una scelta coraggiosa: valorizzare un centro storico ancora poco conosciuto e portare nella propria terra le competenze acquisite fuori. In una location suggestiva - un'antica torre medievale, a difesa del Castello Pandone - è possibile gustare una cucina che riesce quasi sempre a stupire, ricercata, ma che mantiene l'umiltà del contatto con la tradizione e gli ingredienti del territorio. Persino il conto ha un "sapore" ben bilanciato. Complimenti, avanti così. Young, but determined and enterprising.
