Servono anche la pinsa romana che a mio avviso è la migliore mai provata. La tartare di rapa rossa sembrava come mangiare una vera tartare di carne, veramente eccezionale. E lo spaghetto al ragù di polpo cremoso e aromatizzato al lime per nulla invadente, azzeccatissimo. Lascerei più stelle se possibile, uno di quei locali che meriterebbe di più. A beautiful and clean place, the menu offers courses with excellent quality raw materials, including typical Molise ones, with refined but at the same time simple dishes, worked with care and which offer an explosion of flavors in the mouth. They also serve the Roman pinsa which in my opinion is the best ever tried. The beetroot tartare felt like eating a real meat tartare, truly outstanding. And the spaghetti with creamy and lime-flavored octopus ragout, not at all intrusive, fits perfectly. I would drop more stars if possible, one of those places that deserves more.
