★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Castagnone is still one of the best restaurants I have ever been at worldwide. Especially in such scary times it's good to see such a great establishment making a comeback post-Covid19. They respect social distancing, hygienic laws and burocratic diffuculties with always a smile in their eyes and warm welcome to everybody. I am not even going to talk about the food cause if you have never had it there are not enough words to describe the paradise that explode in your mouth. We also had the luck of having a chat with the chef and owner Renzo - a fun, hard-working man with stories to entertain you for a lifetime. I LOVE this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing restaurant with a magical view on the lake of Nemi. It's been the first and undiscussed choice for our wedding cerimony...would highly recommend if you pass by. Vegan meals are exquisite if you go for a dinner there ..... but I must say the staff won't always follow your choices if you've organized a wedding there and asked for special menus for some special (vegan) people. Anyway it's been a very good experience every time we visited it so I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb restaurant overlooking Lake Nemi. It is set inside a 4 star hotel and has a spacious terrace with pleasant Italian songs playing in the background. Excellent food.
