 Enchanting location in the hills, with an equipped swimming pool, with a professional kitchen, very suitable for organizing parties both outdoors and indoors. Very beautifull

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per una festa privata, cena e ballo, quindi non so nulla come b&b. Ma la struttura è veramente carina e signorile, con prato antistante ben curato e piscina.
I went for a private party, dinner and dancing, so I don't know anything like b & b. But the structure is really pretty and elegant, with well-kept front lawn and swimming pool.

I went to dinner for a wedding. The location is very impressive and for the rest there was a catering service that was a bit reorganized but overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo bed and breakfast, non proprio al centro di Ascoli è a 15 minuti ma posto in assoluto relax immerso nel verde. Molto cordiale e gentile il personale sia ip ragazzo che ci ha accolto in reception che il Signore che ci ha fatto la colazione.
Great bed and breakfast, not in the center of Ascoli is 15 minutes but relaxing place in the countryside. Very friendly and polite staff is ip guy who greeted us at reception that the Lord who made us breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi che allo stesso prezzo si trova di meglio..le docce sono piccolissime. Bella ambientazione, giardino ben curato con piscina che attualmente però è uno stagno. Distanza dal centro circa 5km, indispensabile l'auto. Se vi svegliate presto, salterete la colazione.
I would say that the same price is the meglio..le showers are very small. Beautiful setting, well-kept garden with swimming pool which is currently a pond. Distance from the center about 5km, the car is essential. If you wake up early, you will skip breakfast.

Il luogo è molto bello, ma non ho altri elementi per giudicare. Per il catering ovviamente la valutazione va fatta a parte, quindi la ristorazione non fa parte della valutazione generale.
I was here for a wedding reception: currently it works as a b & b, it can be rented with catering for receptions. The place is very beautiful, but I have no other elements to judge. For catering, of course, the evaluation must be done separately, so catering is not part of the general assessment.

Nice place ... enchanting landscape, ideal place to relax and recharge. A little more attention for breakfast.
